Before
forming Quality First Homes, Bennett held top-level positions with South
Florida builders including Crescent Heights Investments, Inc. As Vice
President of the largest developer of luxury waterfront conversion
condominiums in South Florida, Bennett oversaw all phases of site
conversions to include renovation, marketing, sales, loans processing
and hotel operations.
Some of
his prestigious projects included Cricket Club, Carriage Club North,
Carriage Club South, Carriage House, Alexander Hotel, Castle Beach
Hotel, Alexander Towers, Central Park Condominium and Marco Polo Hotel,
currently Radisson Aventura Beach Hotel.
Bennett holds several industry licenses and was educated at the
University of Washington in Seattle, WA.

Bennett also owned and
operated Hot Shot's Sports Bar Billiards & Nightclub in Sunrise,
Florida. Bennett designed and constructed the 12,000 sq. ft, high-scale
billiard club and sports bar, with current gross revenues exceeding $1.5
million annually.
